Social Signal

Social Signal is a new service which groups email users based on the world’s first real-time social media segmentation system. Social Signal enables content targeting to 80 segments, 17 families and 6 groups, comprising over 300 million people.

Social Signal-enabled tools include:

Beacon — gathers customer-base profiles from an invisible HTML snippet.
Segmentor – delivers images + links based on recipient segment, family or group.

The Schedule, Redirector, Language, Geo and Personalize are also Social Signal enabled.
